Cirene is mom's love
Characters handcrafted by Ecuadorian women. Made to accompany childhood and create long-lasting bonds.
Cirene was born after the 2016 earthquake in Ecuador with the idea of providing job opportunities for women. We started with fabric items featuring phrases. Later, Cirene evolved into dolls for children. Carmen, one of its co-founders, experienced the loss of her mother as a child. At that time, cloth dolls became her refuge.
Each Cirene product is crafted by the hands of artisan women using materials selected in Ecuador. We create unique pieces, stitched with detail, dedication, and care. We believe that children in their early years need objects that invite them to dream and build beautiful worlds that respect their childhood.
We allocate a percentage of the purchase price to vulnerable Ecuadorian children. For every purchase made, a child in Ecuador receives milk and diapers.
We create characters for children's games. Each one is handcrafted in Ecuador.

We believe that magic exists within each of us, that dreams really can come true, and that every great story begins with a smile.
Our characters have no lights or sounds: their design allows every child to imagine a unique and personal story. They are created under a philosophy of conscious consumption: fewer toys, more bonding, and more stories.
For us, a toy is not just for entertainment, but for stimulating the senses and creativity.

Cirene is an Ecuadorian brand that believes in the alliance of communities working together for concrete solutions. For this reason, we allocate a portion of every purchase made to the work of foundations such as Creciendo Contigo Mujer and Love is a given. We provide support with diapers, milk, and food for children in Ecuador.
