Shipping is free throughout Ecuador on purchases of $50 or more. Below that amount, it costs $5, regardless of where in the country it is going.

For now, we only ship within Ecuador. If you are outside the country and would like an Animaleko, write to us at info@cireneworld.com and we'll see what we can do.
The product and its care
Is the doll the same as the one in the photos?
Yes. The doll you receive is the same one you see in the photos: same model, same colors, and same details. What you see is what arrives at your home.
What are they made of?
Made of 100% American cotton gabardine, with silicone fiber filling and polyester textures. Hypoallergenic. We use soft materials that are safe for a child's skin. We reuse fabrics and scraps for accessories.
How do they wash?
By hand or in the machine, always removing accessories and clothing first.
By hand: prepare water with glycerin or delicate garment soap in a basin, wait a few minutes, and place the doll inside. Let it soak for 15 minutes. If there are deep stains, use a fine-bristled brush. Dry in the sun.
In the machine: use a gentle, delicate cycle with detergent for delicate garments. Do not use bleach or a dryer. Dry in the sun.
What sizes do you carry?
70 cm bunnies. 35 cm bunnies. 35 cm male and female elephants. 25 cm Baby Bunny. 22 cm rattle. 40 cm loveys. All measurements include the length from head to toe.
From what age are they recommended?
They are designed to accompany children from their first months. They are soft, lightweight, and have no small loose parts. As with any toy, we recommend adult supervision.
How long does a Cirene plush toy last?
They are made to last a whole childhood, and the next one too. We handcraft them in Ecuador using materials that stand up to real-life use (hugs, dragging, washes) and reinforced stitching that doesn't give way over time.
This isn't just another stuffed animal: it’s an heirloom, something to be passed down. If you gift it to your child today, in twenty years it will still be perfect to pass on to the next generation.
Who is this gift for?
For the baby on the way and for the child going through a difficult time. A comfort plush toy helps with transitions (daycare, moving, a new sibling, separation, travel) and provides support during tough moments, even in times of loss.
It is also the perfect gift for parents who already have everything: it’s not just another toy, it’s the companion their child will choose above all others.
Purchases and returns
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Upon completing your purchase, you can choose to pay in full or in 3, 6, or 12 monthly installments with a credit card. The amount of each installment is determined by your bank.
Can I return my purchase?
You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to report any manufacturing defects to us by writing to info@cireneworld.com with a photo and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 to 5 business days and, if applicable, arrange for a pickup at no cost to you.
The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. We can replace it with an identical item, exchange it for a different model, or issue you a refund, which will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Can I buy this as a gift?
Yes, and in fact, it's one of our most requested features. Every Animaleko comes in careful packaging with a little note. If you would like to add a message, let us know when placing your order.
